“The AI genie is out of the bottle, and it is now up to us to make sure that the wishes it grants are good ones.”
My Mission, Vision & Guiding Principles
My Mission
My career is guided by a single, unwavering mission: to architect the systems that make technology accessible, useful, and fundamentally human.
This is not simply about building user-friendly applications. It is about a deeper commitment to reducing complexity at every level. It’s about designing technology that feels invisible, that anticipates needs, and that amplifies our own innate creativity and intelligence rather than attempting to replace it. In my work, success is measured by the degree to which a complex system feels effortless to those who rely on it. Whether for a business or an individual, the goal is the same: to create ecosystems where technology empowers, clarifies, and creates new opportunities for growth and discovery.
My Vision: A Future of Collaborative Intelligence
My vision for the future extends far beyond the current paradigm of monolithic, singular AI models. I am working towards a future defined by collaborative intelligence.
Imagine not a single, all-knowing AI, but a dynamic, decentralized society of specialized agents. An agent managing logistics can negotiate in real-time with an agent monitoring weather patterns. A research agent discovering a scientific paper can delegate experimental modeling to a dozen simulation agents. This is an ecosystem where intelligence is emergent, where solutions are collaboratively created, and where automation can finally tackle the complex, multi-variable problems that define the real world of medicine, science, and global supply chains.
This is the future I am architecting. It is a profound opportunity, but also a profound responsibility. It requires us to be thoughtful and deliberate in our designs.
My Guiding Principles
A vision is only as strong as the principles that guide its construction. Mine are forged from over two decades of hands-on experience, through both failure and success.
1. Build from First Principles I reject the “black box.” True, sustainable innovation is impossible without a fundamental understanding of the system, from the firmware on a microchip to the business logic of an enterprise. To architect a better future, you must first have the engineering discipline to deconstruct the present.
2. Architect for Resilience This applies to code, companies, and culture. The most elegant system is not the most complex; it is the one that best anticipates and absorbs shocks. This means building anti-fragile business models that learn from market pressures, and creating teams that see failure not as an endpoint, but as a critical data point on the path to a more robust solution.
3. Productize the Service The most potent ideas are not born in a vacuum; they are discovered in the friction of solving real-world client problems. My methodology is to use consulting and service engagements as a real-time R&D lab. Solve a specific, painful problem for one client, then abstract and generalize that solution into a scalable product or framework that can create value for thousands.
The Architect’s Toolkit: Core Competencies
A vision for the future must be built on a foundation of present-day mastery. My work as an architect is made possible by a deep, hands-on understanding of the engineer’s tools. This is the integrated toolkit I use to design the blueprint and lay the foundation for the next generation of intelligent systems.
AI Product Strategy
This is the discipline of translating a visionary idea into a viable, market-ready product. It is the end-to-end process of identifying a high-value market need, defining a clear product vision, architecting a feasible technical roadmap, and guiding the execution from the first line of code to a successful launch. My role is often to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring the “Why” of the business is perfectly translated into the “How” of the technology.
LLM Fine-Tuning & Dataset Generation
Generic, off-the-shelf AI models possess broad knowledge, but true value in the enterprise comes from deep, specialized expertise. I have extensive, hands-on experience in architecting data pipelines for AI, including crafting high-quality bespoke datasets, implementing synthetic data generation, and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) to perform specific, high-stakes tasks. This is the core competency behind my venture, MZGI (МозгИИ), where we create specialized “digital employees” with expert domain knowledge.
Enterprise Automation & Hyperautomation
My approach to automation moves beyond simple Robotic Process Automation (RPA). I focus on architecting end-to-end intelligent automation systems that fundamentally re-engineer core business operations. This involves designing and implementing sophisticated solutions like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and creating complex, multi-agent workflows that can handle dynamic, decision-intensive processes. The goal is not just to make processes faster, but to make the entire business system more intelligent, adaptive, and resilient.
Decentralized & Multi-Agent Systems Architecture
This is the frontier and the core of my current work. I specialize in designing the architectures for a future that is not run by a single, centralized AI, but by a collaborative ecosystem of decentralized agents. This involves creating the protocols and incentive structures that allow a “society of agents” to negotiate and solve problems together. This is the theoretical and practical foundation for my most ambitious projects, the AI Mesh Platform and A.V.E.L.I.N.
The Architectural Journey: Theaters of Executive Operation
My career has been a progression through distinct, high-stakes environments. Each phase demanded a new level of architectural thinking, from navigating the early global mobile ecosystem to orchestrating hyperscale growth for Fortune 500 clients. These are the operations that shaped my capabilities as a global technology leader.
Theater 1: The Global Mobile Ecosystem
My entry into technology was not in a garage, but at the heart of the emerging global mobile economy. At Handster.com, one of the world’s largest independent app stores before its acquisition by Opera Software, I led customer and partner operations. This was a complex, international role managing the intake and quality assurance for thousands of mobile applications from developers worldwide. I worked directly with ISVs and OEMs across Europe and CIS to curate premium software experiences for the first generation of Windows Mobile and Android devices on platforms like ipaqchoice.com. It was my first immersion in building and managing a truly global digital supply chain.
Theater 2: Enterprise Systems Architecture
At Siemens, I architected solutions for enterprise-scale challenges. My primary mission was to modernize the critical network infrastructure for North-West Telecom (later Rostelecom), a multi-year initiative requiring deep collaboration with international teams across Germany and France. The core conflict was the immense inefficiency of its legacy systems. My response was to spearhead the creation of a strategic asset: the Automation Framework, a new, reusable system for developing automation programs which significantly increased development velocity and reliability. This proved my core belief: the most significant value lies in creating scalable frameworks that solve an entire class of problems.
Theater 3: Venture & Enterprise Architecture
The lessons from the corporate world fueled my entrepreneurial ventures. After my first pure-product startup failed, I founded Binwell—an enterprise mobile development studio—on a resilient hybrid business model. We provided high-end custom development for a roster of market leaders, including banking giants like Sberbank and Promsvyazbank, media powerhouses such as Kommersant and ivi.ru, and major international brands like Hyundai. This stable enterprise services engine allowed us to incubate our own product: Instamart. We led the project until its successful acquisition by Sberbank, where it was transformed into the market-leading Sbermarket.
Theater 4: Hyperscale Leadership & Global Delivery
My career then pivoted to orchestrating growth at an entirely new magnitude. As Director of Program Management at EPAM Systems, I directed the strategic transformation of a delivery center, scaling it from ~600 to over 3,500 engineers and overseeing programs for clients like UBS, Salesforce, and Pfizer. Building on that, as Co-founder and Vice President of Global Delivery at Quantori, I built the company’s operational backbone from day one, scaling the team to over 700 engineers to serve biopharma giants like GSK and Takeda, and culminating in a successful partial exit. This was the ultimate test of my ability to architect not just technology, but entire global companies.
